Buff Resin Driveway — Cobham New Build
An 80m² Cotswold Buff resin bound installation at a newly built Cobham property, including a turning circle and twin parking bays. Three days from first arriving to driving on it.
The Challenge
The site was on a slight gradient, and the builder's hardcore base was not consistent enough in depth or compaction to install resin directly onto it.
The Solution
We built a proper MOT Type 1 base to correct the gradient, installed a full drainage channel at the bottom edge, and applied Cotswold Buff resin bound at 18mm over the prepared surface. The turning circle radius needed careful shuttering to keep the edge crisp.
The Result
A clean, generous driveway that suits the house. Fully permeable, so it complies with planning guidance without a separate drainage soakaway.
