Bespoke Blend Resin Driveway — Leatherhead Large Detached

A 100m² installation at one of Leatherhead's larger properties, using a custom blend of golden flint and grey aggregate to complement the stone facing on the house. Three days including a double garage forecourt.

The Challenge

The homeowner wanted a colour that worked with the natural stone cladding on the facade, which meant neither a standard grey nor a standard gold would work. The existing surface was also a double layer — tarmac over concrete — and needed careful assessment.

The Solution

We produced several sample boards with aggregate blends, settling on a 60/40 mix of golden flint and silver grey. The existing surface was stable enough to overlay after checking bonding in several spots. The double garage forecourt needed a separate drainage channel to handle the volume.

The Result

A 100m² driveway that genuinely suits the house. The bespoke blend is not something you see often and the homeowner says several neighbours have asked about it.
