What Affects the Price?

The resin itself is a fixed cost, but the groundworks beneath it can vary wildly. Here are the 6 main factors that dictate your final quote.

1. The Existing Base: Can we overlay it (cheap) or do we need to dig it out (expensive)?
2. Size of the Area: Smaller areas cost more per square metre due to fixed setup costs.
3. Edging Requirements: Resin needs a solid edge constraint. If we have to build new brick or block borders, this adds to the linear metre cost.
4. Drainage (SUDS): If water runs toward your house, we must install Aco channel drains connected to a soakaway.
5. Manhole Covers: Unsightly metal covers must be replaced with recessed trays filled with matching resin.
6. Access: If we can't get a digger or wheelbarrows easily into the area (e.g. a narrow rear garden patio), manual labour time increases the cost.
